The M2 Field from Benelli USA is a rugged, reliable shotgun with many new added features for 2004. The M2 now has the new ComforTech stock system that reduces felt recoil by more than 40 percent and muzzle climb by 15 percent without adding moving parts or weight. ComforTech incorporates two gel . pads, one on the butt and the other on the comb. The gel absorbs the shock and protects the cheek and ear drum from vibration and trauma. The new AirTouch dimpled grip surface is molded directly into the stock for maximum comfort and control.

Benelli USA’s M1 Field shotgun is now available in Advantage Timber High Definition camouflage. The High Definition pattern is noted for its realism and effective masking qualities. The M1 Field comes in 12 and 20 gauge with a variety of barrel lengths between 21 and 28 inches. A slug gun with 24-inch barrel is also available in Timber High Definition.

Benelli’s new SuperSport competition shotgun boasts two new innovative features to improve barrel performance and lessen felt recoil. The new Comfor Tech stock system reduces felt recoil by as much as 43 percent, while the CrioBarrel and CrioChokes deliver over 13 percent more pellets on target. The Cryogenics technology employed in both new features involves treating the barrel and choke tubes with ultra cold temperatures of minus 300 degrees or less. Cryogenics avoids the stress put on the barrel and choke tubes by traditional hammer forging.

The Sport II is the latest addition to Benelli USA’s line of fine sporting clays shotguns. The Sport II features a cryogenically treated barrel for higher velocities, more consistent patterns and a higher concentration of shot to the target. New extra-long choke tubes compress the shot charge more gradually for less pattern-destroying pellet deformation. The stepped and checkered rib allows the shooter to acquire the target without distraction and the gel recoil pad lessens felt recoil from heavy loads.

The gun comes with five long Crio chokes to cover any bird or clay pigeon situation. The Benelli Comfortech synthetic stock is designed to soak up the most vicious magnum recoil.
